Working Principle of Raymond Mill:
After the material to be processed enters the grinding room of the Raymond mill main machine, due to the centrifugal force when the main shaft rotates, the grinding roller swings outward and is pressed against the grinding ring. The blade lifts the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and achieves the purpose of grinding and crushing as the grinding roller rolls.
After the material is ground, the powder is sorted with the circulating air of the blower through the analysis machine. the oversize material is returned to the grinding chamber for re-grinding. the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow, and is discharged through the powder outlet tube to become the finished product. after passing through the cyclone powder collector, the airflow enters the blower to form a closed circuit, so that the machine can continue to work normally. the residual air enters the dust collector through the residual air pipe, and is discharged out of the machine.

Raymond mill is suitable for mining, building materials, chemical, metallurgy and other industries. It can grind more than 300 kinds of non-flammable and explosive materials, such as limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talc, gypsum, kaolin, bentonite, phosphate ore, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceramics, activated carbon, carbon black, refractory, thermal insulation material, chemical raw material etc., and the Moh’s hardness of these materials is not greater than Grade 7 and the humidity is below 6%. The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted between 30 and 325 mesh.
